TASTING NOTES: Peter Palmer: Medium extracted ruby red, almost to the rim. On the nose darker scent of black raspberry, clove, cardamom, dried leaves. Plush and ripe and silky on the palate, with good concentration and richness. Lowish acid, with more dark fruits, caramel and vanilla. Tannic structure on the finish, wrapped inside the voluptuous mouthfeel.
