95 points The Champagne Guide: "(2013 base vintage; disgorged 26 June 2018; 4 years on lees; 8g/L dosage; 50,000 bottles; a blend of Avize for structure and fruit, Chouilly for depth and salty chalk minerality, Cramant for florals and acidity, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger for definition and structure; 33–40% reserves; vinified in stainless steel tanks; partial malolactic fermentation; DIAM). The 2013 is an arresting rendition, a magnificent accord of white citrus, dainty white flowers and white stone fruits meeting the gentle pâtisserie, butter, vanilla and nougat of five years of maturity. It morphs seamlessly an enticing style at once focused, honed and refreshing and at the same time creamy, silky, soft and textural, energised by lively, energetic acidity and the brilliantly crystalline sparkle of salty grand cru minerality. It coasts unwavering and alluring, an impeccably crafted cuvée of pinpoint precision that embodies the captivating juxtaposition of refined elegance and characterful confidence that epitomises the modern Billecart. Outstanding. (2020-2021)" -Tyson Stelzer

94 points/'Cellar Selection,' Wine Enthusiast: "From Grand Cru villages on the Côte des Blancs, this Champagne is beautifully mineral and taut. It has white fruits and intense citrus giving texture and crispness. This is a fine wine, ready to drink. Alcohol 12%. (Dec 2023)"

94 points Bettane & Desseauve: "Chardonnay from the grands crus of the Côte des Blancs, which exhales with precision yellow and green citrus fruits, its white flesh expresses healthy fruits and their chiseled skins. Prominent mouthfeel, remarkably clear aromas, tangy flint, finish of fine confectionery. (2022)"

93 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "I do not get to taste Billecart-Salmon these days with anywhere near the frequency I once did, so I was delighted to have an opportunity to taste this bottle of their non-vintage Blanc de Blancs from the Base Year of 2014. The wine is made from fruit sources in the villages of Mesnil, Chouilly, Cramant and Avize, with the vins clairs fermented and raised in stainless steel tanks. Part of the malo is blocked in certain vintages and the wine includes up to forty percent reserve wines from the previous vintage. It was finished with a dosage of eight grams per liter and is drinking beautifully today, offering up an almost silky palate impression. The bouquet is nicely polished and quite complex, wafting from the glass in a mix of lemon, tart pear, chalky minerality, bread dough, white flowers and a topnote of citrus peel. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and nicely mineral in personality, with a fine core of fruit, elegant mousse and a long, complex and very nicely balanced finish. This is really drinking very nicely and still has plenty of life ahead of it. 2024-2045+. (May/Jun 2024)"

93 points James Suckling: "A full-bodied sparkling with sliced cooked pears and apples. Dusty chalk and some mineral and stone undertones. Full-bodied with firmness and tightness at the end. Linear and compact on the palate. Tangy finish. Drink or hold. (7/6/22)"

92 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Based on the 2014 vintage, supplemented by some 30% of reserve wines, Billecart's newly released NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru offers up a classic bouquet of freshly baked bread, crisp orchard fruit, citrus oil and wet stones. Medium to full-bodied, chalky and incisive, with an elegantly fleshy core of fruit, racy acids and a pinpoint mousse, it's as bright and precise as ever. Drink: 2020-2035. (Sep 2020)"

92 points Wine Spectator: "[$90 list] Rapierlike acidity defines this lip-smacking version, with rich notes of grilled nut, melon and apricot fruit, grated ginger and lemon curd gaining momentum. It's sleek and racy, with a lively mousse and a long, mineral-tinged finish. Drink now through 2025. (12/15/20)"

92 points/'Coup de Couer,' La Revue du Vin de France: "The Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is noble and displays a high caliber worthy of this rating. ‘Coup de Coeur’ for the blanc de blancs, for its beautiful crunchiness and its finely buttered touch. The wine displays a beautiful dimension and a subtly woven structure. (2022)"
