97 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "This is a ravishing Preuses. Precise in flavors and in structure with excellent fruit density, the oak is also artfully judged. This is a millefeuille of citrus and patisserie with a kiss of fresh cream. Lightly fleshy at the core, there is excellent chalky tension that leads to a fully-flavored finish bursting with mineral tones. It's nice now but will be even better in just a few years. Olivier Bailly admits this is one of his favourites, and it's easy to see why. 2024-38. (2022)"
94-96 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Pure mid primrose, the nose suggests the cashmere which I expect to follow. As has been the case in the last few years this is a magisterial expression of Preuses, just a touch of spice, white fruit, and an intensity which develops beautifully right through to the back of the palate. Very fine! Seventy year old vines help to explain the quality of this wine. (Jul 2021)"
94 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .41 ha parcel of vines planted in 1952). Here the wood influence is quite subtle and easily allows the spicy, elegant, pure and airy aromas of white orchard fruit, quinine and iodine to shine. Once again there is a lovely refinement and underlying tension to the more modestly scaled flavors that also brim with minerality on the compact, bone-dry and beautifully focused finale. This Zen-like effort is the class of the range in 2020. Drink: 2030+. (Oct 2022)"
