94 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "This starts with a richly ripe and welcoming nose. There is tantalizing tarte tatin, baked citrus and spice. The mouthfeel is supple and rounded before the finish turns crisp and dry. Suave and smartly integrated, this is a delicious Bougros. Drink: 2026-2036. (2024)"

91 points Andy Howard MW (Decanter): "Plenty of warmth and oak, with good volume in the mouth. An appealing Bougros but just needs a bit more of a lift for a higher score. Made with purchased grapes, this is aged in barrels for one year. Drinking Window: 2025-2031. (10/17/23)"

18/20 points Julia Harding MW (JancisRobinson.com): "Tank sample. (Part oaked, part in tank, followed by six months in tank post blending and pre-bottling). Intense, creamy aroma, piercing limey citrus. On the palate, firm, deep and noticeably more oomph than the premier crus, more weight but not in the least heavy. Rich in a Chablis context, firm, long, a real beauty but I am not sure I would pay this much more for the grand cru when I compare it with the pleasure offered by the premiers crus. Drink 2027-2039. (07/12/23)."
