92-94 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2023 Fixin Les Arvelets 1er Cru, raised in around 20% new oak and completely destemmed, presents a very mineral-driven bouquet, with crushed limestone filtering through red berry fruit and a touch of graphite emerging with aeration. The medium-bodied palate offers sapid red berry fruit and gentle grip, with less sucrosity and a bit more grip than the Fixin Village cuvées. It is a little conservative on the finish, but Berthaut mentioned it's due for imminent racking. Drink: 2027-2040. (Jan 2025)"

Otherwise there is good verve to the acceptably concentrated medium weight flavors that brim with minerality before culminating in a beautifully detailed, even chiseled, stony and impressively persistent if youthfully austere finish. This my most favourite aromatic so far – beautifully perfumed. Mobile – incisive, indeed fluid, and then ultra-elegantly fading. I love it – practically a great wine – in an elegant style… (May 2025)"
