92 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2019 Fixin Les Arvelets 1er Cru has a lovely, perfumed bouquet of raspberry and wild strawberry fruit and is quite elegant in context of the season. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and a little softness around the edges, auguring a more approachable Premier Cru. Hints of black olive and brown spices emerge toward the finish. This is a lovely, lilting Gevrey-like Fixin. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting. Drink: 2025-2040. (Dec 2023)"

90-92 points/'Outstanding/Top value,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "There is sufficient reduction to mask the underlying fruit today. Otherwise there is excellent underlying tension and beautiful delineation to the medium weight flavors that brim with minerality on the refined, linear and focused finale. This is a strikingly well-balanced Arvelets of finesse. Drink: 2027+. (Jan 2021)"

91 points Jasper Morris, MW: "A fairly full powerful purple, lightly reductive on top of concentrated strawberries. The fruit hangs together beautifully in the mouth, with just the right acidity and well-integrated tannins. The oak has been well judged too. Not the most concentrated wine but a good response to this vintage. (Sep 2023)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "Here’s a little reductive combination of wc and barrel – attractive though. Once more a little extra concentration, the texture is beautiful for here. Concentrated but never losing the mouth-watering side. That’s an excellent Fixin again – but decant! (May 2021)"
