Very mild reduction shaves the top notes off of the otherwise very fresh and ripe earthy and gamy dark currant aromas. This is almost pungently mineral in character with a lovely sense of vibrancy to the delicious and delineated medium weight flavors that deliver beautiful depth and length on the well-balanced finale.
