It has a crisp, quite precise bouquet of mineral-rich red fruit, developing sous-bois/damp moss scents with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with a vibrant, chalky, linear entry that sets the tone for a more masculine, you could even say more stoic, Chambolle-Musigny that will need three to five years to soften. But I appreciate the focus and mineralité of this Chambolle, and it will age in style. Drink: 2023-2035. (Jan 2019)"
