It has 14.44% alcohol and a pH of 3.32, which means good ripeness, full aromatic and flavor development and a vibrant and fresh palate with great balance and beautiful texture. This is rich, fresh and elegant at the same time. Very tasty and long. Really very good! 1,100 bottles were filled in May 2021. Drink: 2021-2028. (Nov 2021)"
