96 points Decanter: "Elegance is personified in this 2021 bottling of Bergström's renowned Silice. So-named for the sandy silica soils, the hallmark of the hilly Chehalem Mountain vineyard source. Beautiful bright fruit aromas are further framed by touches of tomato leaf, pine bough and mossy forest floor. The palate is marked by fleshy red raspberries, early season blackberry and fine grain tannin that provides a structure that shows this wine's longevity. Drinking window 2023-2031 (May 2023)."

95 points & 'Highly Recommended' & '#32 Top 100 Wines of 2023' Wine Spectator: "Supple, richly textured and elegantly complex, this Pinot opens with a burst of fresh raspberry, then unfolds with notes of forest floor and brown baking spices, plus a touch of licorice as it builds tension toward refined tannins. Drink now through 2032. (Jun 2023)."

94 points Erin Brooks (Wine Advocate): "Medium ruby-purple, the 2021 Pinot Noir Silice Vineyard blossoms slowly to pomegranate, blackberry, watermelon, dried herbs and aniseed. The medium-bodied palate is loaded with wild berry fruit. Combining power and elegance, it's silky and seamless in the mouth, and a flourish of spicy accents across the finish hints it has more to reveal over the next 2-3 years in bottle. Drink 2024-2034 (Mar 2023)."

94 points James Suckling: "This shows aromas of dark cherries, blood orange, cocoa powder and dried mushrooms. Some savory spices, too. Medium-bodied with crunchy, firm tannins and vivid acidity. Delicate and hemmed in, leading to a spiced, lively finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold. (Apr 2023)."

93 points Wine Enthusiast: "The phrase “peachy keen” comes to mind when smelling and tasting this wine. There's also a nice bit of spice here, including cardamom and sandalwood. The peaches are joined by aromas and flavors of dark raspberry, lemon and mint. The mouthfeel is rich and full, with a surprising bit of acidity to go along with velvety tannins. (Oct 2023)."
