***(*) John Livingston-Learmonth (The Cradle of the Rhône): "(60% Grenache, 40% Syrah from two suppliers at Séguret, Tulette, purchased wine, destemmed, 2-3 week vinification, wild yeasts, pumping overs, raised 90-95% concrete & steel vat, 5-10% used oak casks 9-10 months, unfiltered, two bottlings in June & July after harvest, organic wine.) Clear red robe; the nose has a light blackberry air, is up and floating, presents well. The palate has a mild red fruit opening, persists with ease, does a good job of for la table, the fruit and some powder tannin together. It feels hand made, has a light touch. 13.5°. To 2027. (Mar 2024)"
Importer notes: "Magnificent dark red color that gives you the tone. On the nose, an expressive wine, very floral with a spicy touch (minerality). Mouth with a lot of freshness and fruit. Long finish on the fruit and the crunch."
