90 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2014 Côte de Nuits Villages from Denis Bachelet is a lovely wine, with the bouquet jumping from the glass in a blend of sweet dark berries, black cherries, a bit of grilled meats, dark soil tones and a nice framing of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is fullish, pure and already quite silky on the attack, with a good core, fine focus and grip and a nice touch of backend tannin perking up the long and classy finish. This will be a bargain. 2020-2045. (Nov/Dec 2015)"
