Producer notes: "The 2020 UV-SL is an alluring elixir of citrus preserves, candle wax, white nectarine, and bergamot tea accented with the essence of seashore. With air, the deep and layered core reveals seductive stone fruit flavors punctuated by a white flower note. Opulent and textural across the palate, the wine finishes with a persistent display of green apple tart, lemon sorbet, and toasted almonds. This a fabulous wine to drink now or enjoy over the next decade. The wine is slightly hazy showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking."
