97 points (18.5/20)/'Coup de Coeur de l'Année,' La Revue du Vin de France: "With its elegant perfume, the whole bunch fermentation offers itself freely. The palate is long, lively and intense. (2017)"

96 points Tim Atkin, MW: "The Arlauds’ 0.43-hectare parcel is in the Mochamps lieu-dit of Clos de la Roche, rather than the original part, but that doesn’t seem to have any bearing on quality. Complex, nuanced and chalky, this is perfumed and refined, with subtle whole bunch spice and amazing length. 2020-30. (2016)"

95 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Good bright colour with a slightly lighter rim, dense but backward with savoury notes. The palate shows a slightly lighter touch, with the savoury sinews I associate with Clos de la Roche. Excellent persistence. (Sep 2017)"

95 points Decanter: "Raspberry and red cherry intermingle with spices on a silky texture and savoury finish. Great definition of flavour; immense class."

93-95 points Neal Martin (Wine Advocate): "The 2014 Clos de la Roche Grand Cru, of which there are seven barrels this year, has a detailed, "cool" bouquet that gradually unfurls in the glass, offering Morello, crushed strawberry and cold limestone scents. The palate is beautifully balanced with fine tannin, gently gripping the mouth, with the mineral core very expressive on the finish. This is the standout 2014 from Cyprièn this vintage. Drink: 2019-2038. (12/30/15)"

94 points Stephen Tanzer (Vinous): "Medium red A sexy note of reduction to the aromas of strawberry, brown spices, game and rose petal, plus a whiff of white truffle Plush, silky and utterly seamless; wonderfully full for the vintage yet with no undue weight The red cherry and saline mineral flavors are less expressive than those of the Ruchots, conveying a restrained sweetness This is best today on the back end, where it displays sappy, subtle flavor intensity and spreads out to saturate the palate and build on the long aftertaste. Drink: 2024-2033. (Mar 2017)"
