94 points Luis Gutiérrez (Wine Advocate): "The 2018 Tito Zuccardi is a co-fermentation of approximately 85% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Franc from Altamira. I noticed the herbal freshness and the notes of orange peel, like in the other 2018s, marked by the vintage and the soils from the Piedra Infinita, showing the chalky texture and the backbone. This has notes of herbs and pink peppercorns, and it showed a bit reductive and very finely textured. I believe this is the best Tito to date. 13,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2019. It should develop nicely in bottle. Drink: 2021-2028. (Mar 2021)"
94 points Joaquín Hidalgo (Vinous): "A Malbec co-fermented with 15% Cabernet Franc, 50% aged in French oak. Bright purple in hue. The welcoming nose offers layers of violet, mint and blackberry and a hint of lavender. Elegant in the mouth, delivering active, polished tannins shaped by the chalk and controlled flow. A rich wine with an austere, flavorful profile. Drink: 2022-2028. (Oct 2020)"
94 points Tim Atkin, MW: "'Cabernet Franc refreshes Malbec,' says Seba Zuccardi of this co-fermentation of the two varieties, both sourced from Paraje Altamira. More international in style than some of the bodega’s wines, with ageing in 500-litre barrels, this is sappy, aromatic and well balanced, with some aromatic spices, flavours of blackberry and black cherry and chalky minerality. 2023-30. (2020)"
94 points James Suckling: "This co-fermented malbec and cabernet franc shows blackberry and blueberry character, as well as stony notes and some bay leaf. Medium body. Fresh and vivid. Drink or hold. (4/2/20)"
