Lush yet crystalline and elegant on the palate, this is a very fine, pure, filigreed and precise Badstube whose nearly 50 grams per liter of residual sugar are uplifted by the mineral substance and precise acidity of this promising Kabinett. 7.5% stated alcohol. (Aug 2022)" 92 points Mosel Fine Wines: "The 2021er Bernkasteler Lay Riesling Kabinett Cuvée Christina has a beautiful refined and complex nose which is still lightly marked by delicate scents of residual sugar which quickly gives way to floral elements, aniseed herbs, almond cream, candied grapefruit, and cardamom. The wine proves delicately juicy and refined on the airy and light-footed palate. The finish is superbly creamy but also shows candied citrusy fruits and great length.
