90 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com) (2022). 88 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The Domaine Voillot Bourgogne rouge bottling was showing good potential at the time of my visit, and remember that this too had just been recently bottled. The wine offers up a deep and black fruity nose of dark berries, bitter chocolate, woodsmoke and a good base of dark soil tones. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and fairly structured, with a good core, moderate tannins and a long, tangy and youthful finish. Like so many examples of Bourgogne rouge in this vintage, this will demand a bit of bottle age before it starts to drink with generosity. 2024-2040. (Nov/Dec 2021)"
