87-88 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2018 Bourgogne from Domaine Voillot had been bottled just ahead of the harvest of 2019 and was showing still a bit closed at the time of my visit. The red fruity nose eventually offers up a stylish mix of cherries, strawberries, woodsmoke, soil tones and a floral topnote. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and nicely soil-driven, with a good core of fruit, a touch of backend tannin and sneaky length and grip on the well-balanced finish. 2022-2035. (Nov/Dec 2019)"
