93 points The Tasting Panel: "Pale rose color; tangy and racy; juicy, bright and long. 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. (Aug 2017)"
92 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The NV Cuvée Rubis is pretty and nicely lifted, with plenty of cranberry, chalk and white flower nuances. Understated and polished to the core, the Cuvée Rubis is done in a brisk, taut style built on persistence and energy. Drink this understated, classy Rosé over the next few years. This release is based in 2012, with a touch of 2013. Dosage is 10 grams per liter. Disgorged October 2015. Drink 2018-2022." (Jul 2017)
92 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Disgorged in November 2016, the NV Brut Premier Cru Cuvée Rubis is showing very well, offering up a delicate but complex bouquet of blood orange, warm bread, pastry cream, dried flowers and iodine. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with an understated but beautifully balanced profile, its attractively complete core of ripe, vibrant and gently phenolic Pinot Noir fruit underpinned by ripe but racy acids. The finish is sapid and chalky. Drink: 2018-2028. (Aug 2019)"
92 points Wine Spectator: "This minerally rosé Champagne shows good definition, with well-cut acidity layered with flavors of white peach, smoke, mandarin orange and spice. Chalky finish. Disgorged October 2014. Drink now through 2019. 100 cases imported. (10/31/16)"
** Peter Liem (ChampagneGuide.net): "This is 90 percent pinot noir and 10 percent chardonnay, and it’s a blend of 2014 and 2013, vinified and aged for 10 months in large oak foudres. It opens with a burst of red cherry, mandarin orange and calamansi, feeling energized by its zesty acidity, and it’s unusually nuanced and detailed on the palate, its fragrant fruit backed by an insistent salinity. Its finish is particularly alluring, marked by a focused length and subtly staining presence. Last tasted: 3/17."
