90+ points Luis Gutiérrez (Wine Advocate): "[$23 list] I also found the 2017 Grey Pinot Noir fresher and more elegant than the 2016 I tasted next to it, despite the natural conditions from the vintage. This is from Leyda, fermented with 15% of stems in open vats. It's varietal, with a spicy twist, but in general, has nicely integrated oak after its 12 months in barrique. There is also more depth, concentration and clout here without losing any balance. (Oct 2018)"

Producer notes: "Deep ruby red with violet hues. The nose initially reveals aromas of black and red berries, such as murtillas,cranberries, black plums and raspberries. The palate has balanced acidity and flavors of juicy black fruit, along with smooth, well-rounded tannins sustained by the notes of soft French oak."
