Medium body with firm tannins and an earthy character that reveals the unique terroir of Santorini. Aftertaste with aromas of charred wood, and roasted nuts. Food Pairing: Matches with pork cooked with prunes, varieties of fat cheeses, and prosciutto. Dishes of roasted beef too. It is a good match with lobster pasta and tuna fish."
