97 points The Tasting Panel: "[$103 list] Here we have the house variety, Chardonnay, sharing the spotlight equally with Pinot: The result is richer and more complex, with lush fruit and layered flavors. It’s a beautiful and complete wine that’s deep and intense yet also elegant and refined. (Jul/Aug 2021)"

96 points Decanter: "50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. Attractive nose of oatmeal, white chocolate, plums and verbena; lovely length. Rich and concentrated, the palate is appealingly dextrous, finely balanced and impressive; long and self-assured. Alcohol 12.5%. (DWWA 2021)"

94 points Wine Enthusiast: "[$103 list] A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, this Champagne is impressively rich. Still young, its taut texture and minerality are imbued with elegance as well as freshness. This is a style of wine that can age for many years so, although it could be drunk now, it will improve at least until 2025. (Mar 2021)"

94 points James Suckling: "Lots of apple and lemon with biscuit and pie-crust character. Rich nose. Full-bodied with a big palate, showing lots of apple and vanilla. Round and layered texture. Flamboyant. Drink or hold. (4/6/21)"

92-94 points Essi Avellan, MW: "(50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir). Taittinger’s Vintage offers admirable consistency from vintage to vintage making it always a safe choice, and one that is worth following over a number of years. The impeccably fresh, deliciously fruity and fragrantly floral house style always comes across singing in the glass. The 2014’s youthful nose is tight and mineral still, with cool, crisp fruitiness of Granny Smith apple and lime with toasty complexity emerging in the glass. A refined and classically lean vintage with electric energy to it. (Nov 2020)"

93 points Peter Moser (Falstaff) (11/26/21).

92+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2014 Taittinger Brut Millésimé is made from a fifty-fifty blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, with seventy percent of the grapes hailing from grand cru villages. The wine was aged five years sur latte prior to disgorgement. The nose wafts from the glass in a vibrant and youthful blend of lemon, apple, chalky minerality, bread dough, a nice touch of salinity and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and impeccably balanced, with a fine core, lovely mineral drive and grip, elegant mousse and a long, zesty and nascently complex finish. This is approachable today, but it is still a young wine and four or five more years in the cellar will really allow the wine to blossom fully. A lovely vintage bottling from Taittinger. 2020-2045. (Nov/Dec 2020)"

92 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The newly released 2014 Brut Millésimé from Taittinger is showing very well, offering up aromas of white peach, green apple, nougat and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, bright and incisive, with a charming core of fruit and a delicate mousse, this is a pretty, expressive vintage for Taittinger. Sufficiently open and fruit-driven to be enjoyed, toasty complexity with come with a few years on cork. Drink: 2021-2035. (Sep 2020)"

92 points Wine Spectator: "[$103 list] A vivacious Champagne, mouthwatering with tangy, citrus peel acidity and showing flavors of crunchy white peach, plum, toast and candied ginger riding the lively bead. Drink now through 2027. (12/15/20)"
