95 points Wine Spectator: "[$115 list] Powerful and concentrated, featuring dark fruit and spice flavors that are well-structured. Raspberry and dark plum notes dominate, showing some red currant accents in the mix. Delivers lively acidity, with a finish that lingers with hints of slate and pepper. Drink now through 2022. 417 cases made. (11/30/17)"
94 points Tim Atkin, MW: "One of the few wines in the Susana Balbo range range that sees 100% new oak, although the barrels are larger. Sourced entirely from Gualtallary, it’s a focused, chiselled, finely balanced wine that needs time in bottle to reach its peak. Floral, subtle and refined, it’s the best Nosotros release yet. 2019-26."
93 points Stephen Tanzer (Vinous): "($115 list; 14.5% alcohol): Bright, full medium ruby. Pungent, oak-driven aromas of blackberry, blueberry, licorice, violet, espresso and bitter chocolate. Large-scaled, plush and rich without going over the top. The concentrated flavors of black cherry, blackberry and licorice aren't hugely sweet but are rich, silky and deep, avoiding the overripeness shown by the 2012 bottling. Serious, firm, high-class tannins will ensure a evolution in bottle. This classy, impeccably balanced wine boasts terrific mouth coverage and slowly building back-end sweetness. Drink: 2017-2024. (Jul 2017)"
