The wine proves very clean and vibrating on the palate, where a touch of cream adds even more playfulness to the experience. The finish remains however focused, razor-sharp, and bone-dry. Relatively speaking, on the palate the wine appears almost a little lighter and softer than some of its siblings, even grapefruit gets a look-in with a refreshing citrusy quality.
