Full-bodied, refined and enormously salty on the palate, this is a compact, fresh and challenging dry Riesling with elegant and rich fruit, great density and no makeup at all. The wine develops some yellow fruits and subtle creamy elements on the palate and leaves a rather tart and primary feel of herbs in the hugely long finish. The after-taste is fully bone-dry in taste and is made of earthy spices, chalky elements, and tartness. Patience is needed for this GG to fully show its potential. 2028-2036+. (Aug 2022)"
