98 points/'Le Coup de Coeur,' La Revue du Vin de France: "Dom Ruinart Rose 2007 is faithful to itself and will evolve slowly over the years. A rare complexity with its notes of potpourri, dry flowers, citrus, candied grapefruit peel, macerated cherries. The palate is graceful with that cottony foam and fine acidity. It is a meditative wine. (2023)"

97+ points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The 2007 Dom Ruinart is a stunning, stunning wine. It is also incredibly tight today. Bright acids and beams of minerality infuse the 2007 with remarkable energy and pure cut that carries through to the impossibly long finish. Lemon confit, marzipan, dried flowers, white pepper and a touch of reduction all develop with a bit of time in the glass. The 2007 Dom Ruinart is the first vintage made entirely by Chef de Caves Frédéric Panaïotis. In his debut vintage, Panaïotis took Dom Ruinart, which has traditionally relied on a relatively high percentage of Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims and tilted the balance to 75% Côtes des Blancs and 25% Montagne de Reims fruit, while also lowering the dosage significantly. As for the wine, it is breathtaking. That's the good news. Readers will have to be patient, though, as the 2007 needs time to be at its very best. Disgorged: November, 2017. Drink: 2024-2047. (Nov 2020)"

95-97 points Essi Avellan, MW: "The 2007 was chef de cave Frédéric Panaïotis’ first go at this iconic cuvée and despite the vintage’s challenges for Pinot Noir he truly mastered it. The evolving colour has copper hues and the complex nose also shows fine, maturing Pinot notes. Alongside the usual apricot and spice aromas, the wine comes with a stylish gunpowdery toastiness, vanilla and layered melange of citrus fruit ranging from candied mandarin to orange peel. On the light-weight and beautifully energetic palate the Chardonnay body is evident and the wine comes across as a particularly elegant Dom Ruinart Rosé. (Oct 2020)"

96 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2007 Dom Ruinart Rosé is showing brilliantly, bursting from the glass with exuberant aromas of blood orange, tangerine and raspberries, mingled with hints of buttered toast, brioche and spices. Full-bodied, deep and vinous, it's layered and elegantly muscular, with terrific concentration and a racy spine of acidity, enlivened by a pillowy mousse. Concluding with a long and sapid finish, it's aromatically open but structurally tightly wound, so I suspect it will reward another few years' age on cork, even if it's hard to resist today. In any case, it deserves to participate in any discussion of the 2007 Champagne vintage's high points. Drink: 2021-2037. (Sep 2021)"

96 points Yohan Castaing (Decanter): "Made of 80% Chardonnay (75% from Côte des Blancs grands crus and 25% from Montagne de Reims) and 20% Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine. Dom Ruinart 2007 offers a very pure, almost crystalline bouquet with raspberry, spices, strawberry, mint, and rose petal aromas. The palate possesses well-grained tannins, a perfectly balanced texture, and some energetic and sumptuous strawberry, mint and lemon aromas. Dosage: 5 g/l. Drinking Window: 2021-2040. (Jan 2021)"

96 points Bettane & Desseauve Guide (2022).

95 points Wine Spectator: "[$365 list] Rich notes of grilled nut and toasted brioche play off the vibrant acidity that frames this seamlessly knit rosé Champagne, enlivening flavors of ripe white peach, acacia blossom and blood orange sorbet. Creamy and elegant, but shows restrained power, with real drive pushing through to the lasting finish, where smoke and spice accents echo. Disgorged February 2018. Drink now through 2029. (12/15/19)"

95 points James Suckling: This is a complex, delicious rosé with aromas of raspberries, oyster shells, grapefruit pith, salted caramel, iron, sourdough, olives and dried apples. Evolves to toffee and buttered toast. Sleek, fine bubbles. Beautiful balance of fruit and leesy character. Drink or hold. (7/6/22)"
