This Dolcetto could hardly be from anywhere besides the estate of Giuseppe Rinaldi. In the glass it shines ruby red with a bright edge. On the nose are notes of ripe cherries and some juniper. The palate stands out for its incredible freshness, which is backed by spicy aromas. In addition, elegant berry fruit is joined by some soffee and herbs. A great pairing for hearty ham or spicy stew dishes.
