92 points Luis Gutiérrez (Wine Advocate): "[$28/750ml list] The very pale sparkling rosé 2016 De Nit is a blend of Xarello, Macabeo, Parellada and around 5% Monastrell—so, it's not a bleeding of red grapes but a blend of white grapes with a bit of red to give it a little color. This is their signature rosé, with the soul of a white. It keeps all the character of the place and has a little bit of color, very little—it's extremely pale, and some could say it's a white. It has the dry, austere and direct palate of all of these wines, a dry and tasty palate. 2016 seems like a superb vintage for this bottling. This is adjusted to three grams of residual sugar. Drink: 2019-2022. (Aug 2019)"

91 points Josh Raynolds (Vinous): "[$28/750ml list] Bright onion skin color. A lively, sharply focused wine displays pungent red berry, blood orange and floral qualities along with a subtle mineral nuance. Offers chewy, tightly focused redcurrant, cherry and orange pith flavors that show a refreshingly bitter edge and deepen slowly on the back half. Finishes dry and precise, with a sneaky floral note that hangs on with strong tenacity. Drink: 2019-2023. (Apr 2019)"

91 points Wine & Spirits: "De Nit is based on monastrell and comes from the vineyards of La Barbera, La Plana and Viader, where the soils are deep loamy clay. This sparkler is focused on sour cherry flavors, seeming to deliver those flavors in the bubbles, pointed and firm. This is refreshing, juicy, crystalline in its fruit expression. (Aug 2018)"

Producer notes: "42% Macabeo, 37% Xarel.lo and 14% Parrellada with the addition of 7% Monastrell for complexity and its pale pink color. All grapes come from estate-owned, biodynamically-farmed vineyards in the Anoia River valley. The primary fermentation is in stainless steel with the secondary fermentation in bottle. It is aged for at least 18 months on the lees before release. ‘De Nit’ means ‘Of the Night’ in Catalan."
