Sur lie aging in bottle of at least 18 months after the secondary fermentation before disgorgement with no dosage. A sparkling wine marked by the typicity of its place of origin, the Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over 40 years’ old, which allows for a structured, fresh and complex sparkling wine."

Shows impressive energy and minerally thrust on the finish, which hangs on with strong tenacity. Drink: 2021-2026."
