94 points Bruce Sanderson (Wine Spectator): "A rich, dense and creamy texture forms the backdrop for lemon cake, peach, pastry and butterscotch aromas and flavors. Harmonious and concentrated, with a long aftertaste of fruit and spice. Shows terrific intensity and complexity. Best from 2021 through 2030. 60 cases imported. (9/30/20)"

92 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriotte is, as usual, the most fragrant and expressive of Ramonet's premiers crus, bursting from the glass with scents of clear honey, white flowers, fresh peach and pear. On the palate, its medium to full-bodied, satiny and elegant, with an expressive core of fruit, succulent acids and a long, perfumed finish. This is a beautifully balanced, charming Boudriotte that will drink well young but also reward bottle age. Drink: 2020-2040. (Jan 2020)"

'Outstanding'/92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "Here too there is a phenolic note (nut or olive oil characters) to the resin, white orchard fruit and nicely floral scents. There is very good richness to the caressing, indeed almost lush and creamy, medium-bodied flavors that possess an abundance of dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the delicious, sneaky long and already solidly complex finish where the only nit is a touch of warmth. I would note that this benefitted enormously from several hours of aeration which bodes well for future development. Drink: 2024+. (Jun 2020)"
