Wild, aromatic nose offers black fruits, sour cherry, licorice, marzipan and spices. Velvety, deep and utterly seamless, but with superb freshness for the year. Impressively primary too. Finishes with firm tannic spine and terrific length. 'Give this three to five years for the tannins to resolve,' suggests Torrengo. (Nov 2011)"
