Smoky, funky reduction can barely cloud the vivid citrus notes that break through - hints of tangerine are laced with lime and have beautiful crushed citrus foliage highlights. The sweetness on the palate amplifies the citrus purity, raising it to precision and high aromatic allure with bright acidity. This is incisive, vivid, invigorating and super-bright.
