95 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2021 Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett from Katharina Prüm is a gorgeous young wine. The bouquet is bright and expressive, wafting from the glass in a complex blaze of apple, pear, bee pollen, wild yeasts, iris blossoms, elder flowers and a beautiful base of slate. On the palate the wine is pure, medium-bodied and filigreed, with lovely intensity of flavor, bright acids, impeccable focus and balance and a long, complex and dancing, ethereal finish. This is an utterly classical, old school example of Kabinett and a brilliant wine in the making. It is certainly delicious already, but it is still a puppy and I would try to not touch a bottle for at least another six or seven years, as there are additional layers of complexity that time will unlock here, if given the opportunity. 2029-2065. Vivid freshness, however, is immediately apparent on the palate. The body speaks more of stone, with ripe yet lime-edged stone fruit already beckoning but still unfurling and pointing to depth with a little more texture. 93 points Mosel Fine Wines: "The 2021er Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett is very finely reductive but already shows great smoky and mineral notes of anise, white peach, lime, yuzu, and minty herbs. The wine proves superbly focused and straight on the lively palate and leaves a very focused and still quite tight long finish. The after-taste is already leading towards just off-dry tasting. There is huge energy and purity in this superb Kabinett. 2029-2041. (Dec 2022)"
