90 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .7 ha parcel that was purchased by Pernot's great grandfather; it was replanted in 1957 and a portion of the vines are aligoté). A discreet though not invisible application of wood sets off softly exotic aromas of white peach, dried yellow apricot and a whiff of passion fruit. There is fine volume and richness to the pliant and rounded medium weight flavors that flash good minerality on sneaky long and agreeably dry finale. This needs to develop better depth but it's certainly delicious. Drink: 2024+. (Jun 2020)"
Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "Always a little more power here – the clos shared with Magenta/Jadot. The larger grapes here and give about 45 hl/ha in 2017. A little more aromatic intensity, the nose more an agrume blend than simply lime or lemon. Fuller, more depth of flavour, more mineral too. Full, faintly tannic, to keep a little longer – lots of concentration and good balance here. Waves of finishing flavour that have a mix of toast and citrus. Long. Super but wait for this one.
