90+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2020 Savigny-lès-Beaune is from the domaine’s own vines and the precision and purity jump right back up with this wine, after the short detour with the Chorey. The nose wafts from the glass in a very attractive blend of cassis, blackberries, espresso, woodsmoke, gamebird, dark soil tones and again, a nice topnote of currant leaf. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, tangy and very nicely balanced, with a sappy core, good focus and grip and a long, ripely tannic and quite promising finish. 2028-2060. (Nov/Dec 2021)"
