This is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, coming exclusively from Bouzy classified grand cru. The color is pale golden yellow with shiny gold reflections. On the nose: notes of chalk, hazelnut, acacia honey, pruned almond, white vine peach and lychee. In the second attack: notes of citrus fruits such as pineapple or lemon from Menton, plum from Alsace with a touch of candied lemon zest. The palate reveals hints of Menton lemons and Florida grapefruit with a hint of bergamot from southern Italy. Superb finish, mineral accompanied by a fine touch of salinity.
