Based on 85% Tempranillo, 10% Grenache, and 5% Carignan brought up in French and American oak, it has outstanding black cherry and currant fruits intermixed with notes of tobacco, leafy herbs, and olives. These carry to a medium-bodied, seamless, incredibly charming Rioja that has terrific balance, notable purity of fruit, and a great finish. Drink it over the coming decade. (3/27/19)"
