95 points Tim Atkin, MW (Decanter): "Picked late, but 'not too late', according to winemaker François Moriamez so that the skins and seeds were ripe, this is produced from vines with an average age of 70 years and is a comparatively well-structured Chambolle from a Premier Cru that neighbours Bonnes Mares. Combining some tannic grip and sinew with succulent summer berry and rose petal notes and just the right amount of acidity for balance. Drinking Window: 2025-2032. (Oct 2018)"

92-94 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny Les Fuées 1er Cru has a vivid bouquet of red cherries, cranberry and raspberry preserve enmeshed with crushed stone and light sous-bois scents, all very well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with a supple entry, offering crisp red berry fruit laced with white pepper and clove. This is so harmonious – not the most powerful Fuées I have encountered, but sleek and sensual. Drink: 2023-2040. (Jan 2020)"
92-94 points Fine Wine Review: "Perfumed, floral nose. Darker fruits and more structure than in the village wine, but still very elegant. Smooth texture. (4/17/20)"
93+ points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Aromas of raspberries, Indian spices, orange rind and rose petals preface Mugnier's 2018 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuées, a medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated wine that's rich but vibrant, with powdery tannins, lively acids and a long, lusty finish. Like its communal counterpart, it has turned out very well. Drink: 2026-2060. (Jan 2021)"
