Some cucumber-like freshness, too. Full-bodied with a beautifully controlled structure of lightly firm, fruit and mineral-bearing tannins and a long finish with steely minerals right at the end. A blend of 70% piedirosso and 30% aglianico. Well constructed and fairly approachable now, but hold at your leisure. This was built to last and will do just that. Try from 2024. (10/4/21)"
