The grapes for this wine come from a 0.65-hectare parcel at the base of the slope, where the alluvial soils assure impressive ripeness. In 2017 one-quarter of the fruit was fermented as whole clusters. The result shows a remarkable concentration of plum and black fig fruit scented with rose petals and a suggestive mineral note.
