Not a deep colour and the bouquet shows light but fine gentle red fruits. There is a little more weight of fruit on the palate at the back and a fine persistent finish. Some ethereal qualities, yet so far from the (incorrect) blockbuster image of Corton. (Nov 2018)"

Sour and tangy too, lifting it out of the glass. Mouth-wateringly fresh and silky, scented from start to finish and with perfect harmony of fruit and structure. No need to wait too long but this will certainly age gracefully. (1/18/19)"
