93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from very old vines that yielded only 12 hl/ha in 2017). Moderate wood serves as a backdrop for the mildly exotic dried yellow fruit, petrol, citrus and oyster shell aromas. The delicious, succulent and overtly powerful big-bodied flavors possess ample amounts of dry extract on the sappy and exceptionally rich finish where the wood reappears. This super-dense and robust effort is impressive in its fashion and despite the power manages to avoid heaviness and rusticity. Like several of these grands crus, this too needs more overall depth but the underlying material certainly appears to be present for that to occur. Drink: 2029+. (Oct 2019)"
93 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The 2017 Chablis Les Grenouilles Grand Cru is intensely saline and bright in the glass. Crushed rocks, mint, citrus peel, chalk, mint and white flowers give the 2017 striking raciness and energy to match its taut, translucent personality. Tense and nervy, the 2017 has so much to offer once it comes together in bottle a bit more fully. Drink: 2020-2030. (Jan 2020)"
93 points James Suckling: "This offers a super fresh nose with chalky lemon aromas. A striking and intense expression with cool, composed and powerful peaches and citrus fruit, driving a palate that has very long drive on the finish. Drink or hold. (8/14/19)"
