91 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "I have always liked the style of Sentiers, which shows its Morey proximity in a slightly sturdier style of Chambolle, and the 2011 from Maison Jadot is a classic example of this underrated terroir. The deep and complex nose wafts from the glass in a blend of strawberries, cherries, complex soil tones that will turn autumnal with time, coffee, gamebirds, a touch of cedar and a topnote of mustard seed. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and nicely soil-driven, with a fine core of pure fruit, superb focus and nascent complexity and the elegance of 2011 very much in evidence on the long and moderately tannic finish. Sentiers is probably one of the least elegant terroirs in Chambolle in general, but the refinement of the vintage has really dovetailed nicely here and produced a first class example of Chambolle premier cru. 2020-2045.
