95 points Chris Kissack (Winedoctor): "This will be the next vintage of this long-lees-aged cuvée to be released after the 2012, it having been bottled very recently, in December 2019, after about nine years on the lees. It is much more cru in style than the 2012, with scents of chalky minerals swirled with threads of vanilla flower, peach stone, face cream and blanched almond, all with a very pure and fresh focus. It feels surprisingly aloof on the palate, where it feels cool, restrained and gently textured, but also vinous, quite broad, with good midpalate energy and a gentle acid lift. Very long, sinewy and correct, with lovely potential;I suspect this will evolve nicely in bottle for a good few years. (Feb 2020)"

91 points Rebecca Gibb, MW (Vinous): "[$25 list] The 2010 Origine du Haut Bourg is a satisfying, mellow style that's spent 11 years on lees, developing a creamy sensation throughout its now-expansive mid palate. Hailing from 70-year-old vines, it is round and satisfying; its naturally fresh acidity pierces that rich core and provides line and length on the finish. The mouth is embraced gently on the lightly structured finish, providing a seamless coating to the cheeks long after you've tasted this wine. Drinking well now but will continue to hold and gain more bottle-age characters with time. Drink: 2021-2028. (Nov 2021)"

91 points Wine Enthusiast: "[$25 list] After tasting this remarkable wine, who can doubt that Muscadet can age? It is beautifully perfumed, still with creamed-apple fruit plus touches of nuts and plenty of tangy acidity. It has no sign of age, just extra richness. Drink now. Alcohol 12%. (Sep 2020)"
