The wine carries about one hundred and fifty grams of residual sugar and offers up a very, very pure bouquet of yellow plum, pineapple, lime blossoms, honeycomb, violets and a lovely tug of salty minerality. On the palate the wine is precise, full-bodied and vibrant, with beautiful creaminess on the attack, a great core, fine framing acids and a very long, complex and vibrant finish.
