Bottled on the same day as Special Club 2005, but with less oxygen transfer per unit volume, the Blanc de Blancs expresses a more reductive personality of struck-flint aroma, despite his best efforts to aerate the still wine in tank prior to bottling. This reductive character is endearing, emphasising spicy grapefruit notes, making the palate more expressive and more pronounced in its minerality. (2014-2015)"
