'Best Añejo Tequilas,' Decanter: "Handmade using traditional techniques, Fortaleza’s products are a tip of the hat to the Tequilas of yesteryear. There are no shortcuts here; even the agave-shaped bottle stoppers are made by hand. Aged for 18 months in American oak, Fortaleza owner Guillermo Sauza calls the añejo his ‘crème brulee’.
