97 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "An exotic, totally beguiling wine, the 2017 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru melds together rich fruit with saline, mineral-drenched intensity. White flowers, mint, white pepper and crushed rocks add tremendous lift to this striking, utterly captivating Chablis. A wine of superb classicism, the Preuses has it all. That's all there is to it. Drink: 2025-2037. (Jan 2020)"

96 points James Suckling: "There’s such beautifully focused limes and green mangoes on the nose here with a very flinty edge that lends a very pure and precise-edged tone. The palate follows in with a strikingly concentrated feel and a long, white-peach core that holds straight and fresh. Breathtaking. Drink or hold. (8/14/19)"

94-96 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Very classy nose, there’s plenty of subtle nuance on show along with the amazing elegance. This is sublime this year, a gorgeous balance between the softly concentrated fruit and the acidity. This is magical! Yes please. Tasted: May 2018."

95+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "In contrast to the hunkered down Valmur, the very young 2017 les Preuses from Domaine Fèvre was showing every last detail in its correct place and its ultimate quality was very, very easy to ascertain. This is properly reserved on both the nose and palate, but in the way an absolutely classic example of les Preuses would be at this early date. The bouquet is a beautiful blend of lemon, pear, apple, kaleidoscopic, chalky minerality, white flowers and a topnote of citrus zest. On the palate the wine is deep, full and beautifully balanced, with a lovely core of fruit, great mineral drive, bright, zesty acids and impeccable focus and grip on the very long, nascently complex and utterly refined finish. Great juice. 2025-2065. (Nov/Dec 2018)"

95 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from two parcels of vines that total 2.55 ha, or 22% of the entire appellation). As is virtually always the case, this possesses a wonderfully elegant nose with its ripe, pure and airy aromas of lavender, green apple, citrus and white orchard fruit scents that are trimmed in subtle wood toast wisps. There is very good density to the relatively restrained medium-bodied flavors that possess plenty of minerality on the rich, sappy and palate coating finale. A brilliant wine of class, refinement and finesse. Drink: 2029+. (Oct 2019)"

95 points Michael Edwards (The World of Fine Wine): "As almost always, this Preuses has poised intensity and the structure for good aging. In this warmish early vintage, its southwest aspect is a boon for balance and class. (Issue 63; 2019)"

93-95 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2017 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru has a well defined bouquet with hints of white flower, nettle and dandelion augmenting the green apple and spicy aromas. The palate is powerful on the entry, very intense and focused with a precise and detailed finish that is one of the best that the domaine produced on the finish. Excellent. (Aug 2018)"

92-95 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "[$95 list] The 2017 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is a pretty, delicate wine, exhibiting lovely aromas of orange blossom, mandarin, oystershell and lemon oil. On the palate, it's ample, full-bodied and elegant, with a tense, stony core and fine-boned structure. Right now, it doesn't have the weight of the Côte Bouguerots, but it's beautifully detailed and refined. (Jan 2019)"
