The bouquet is a beautiful blend of lemon, pear, apple, kaleidoscopic, chalky minerality, white flowers and a topnote of citrus zest. On the palate the wine is deep, full and beautifully balanced, with a lovely core of fruit, great mineral drive, bright, zesty acids and impeccable focus and grip on the very long, nascently complex and utterly refined finish.
