95 points James Suckling: "Sweet apples and pears with some stone and flint on the nose. Full-bodied with tight, focused phenolics that frame the wine nicely and then layers of fruit and lively acidity. Nicely crafted and composed. Drinkable now, but better in 2022. (12/20/20)"

94 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The Domaine Fèvre 2018 Bougros is an outstanding wine in the making. It offers up a sophisticated aromatic constellation of apple, pear, Kimmeridgian chalkiness, tangerine, white flowers and just a hint of upper register smokiness. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and even more mineral than the nose suggests, with a rock solid core, great cut and grip and a very long, complete and promising finish. Superb juice. 2023-2065. (Nov/Dec 2019)"

94 points Tim Atkin, MW.

94 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2018 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru is far more forthcoming than the Valmur, presenting gorgeous orange, peach, tinned apricot and light pineapple scents that are very seductive. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, taut and fresh. This immediately puts the Valmur in its place with a penetrating, saline finish that leaves you wanting another sip. Superb. Drink: 2022-2040. (Sep 2020)"

90-94 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Didier Séguier considers that Bougros makes the most approachable of the grands crus and that you need to be strict to manage the yields in the deeper soils on the plateau here. His 2018 has weight and considerable concentration, with some spicy notes and just enough acidity. It is heady up front but finishes very well. (May 2019)"
