The 2017 shows lovely constituent components, with the nose delivering a mix of lime, green apple, flinty minerality, orange peel and a nice touch of upper register smokiness. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and racy, with a good core, excellent cut and grip and a long, promising and absolutely classic finish. I love the balance here. 2020-2045+. The palate is quite concentrated due to the relatively lower yield, touches of orange peel and pear with impressive weight on the finish. This lesser-known Premier Cru is well worth seeking out.
